This would only be the 2nd time in 2 decades t I've ever watch any of the cluster readings.
The only other time was when I was guesstimating alt issues as well

for those who have unlocked their cluster and looked at the running V, what do you see on your cluster.

On average, I'm generally at 13.6, some peaks at 13.8 and if I decal, etc, I've seen it drop...
