No it has an electric fan, but the ac doesn't have a tensioner to get the belt off it's just from the crank to the ac no other pulleys/tensioner

Need to replace both belts but someone told me that I need a special tool to put the ac belt back on, main belt looks pretty straight forward. Is it possible to do it without the tool?...

Mods mm not at the moment. Have seen some clean rides here though and maybe in the future, so far I'm concentrated in maintenance.
And the color is sapphire metallic.

bought the X a month ago for the wife.
i own a 330ci so i have some bmw diy experience. :thumbup:
sitting at 100k the only thing that i have found wrong was
the passenger window regulator...
