Your right about the comparison, but for 23 grand I wasn't going to find a m or 5.0. I ended up with a 2007 4.8 with 37k on clock with every available option made. Needed more room and third seat....

Any other advice for performance? This thing is slow compared to my 2002 x5 4.6is. I know buy a M or 5.0, but picked up this 07 4.8 with 40k with every available option with third seat, for 23k. So...

Aftermarket exhaust pictures
Well I have a 2007 4.8i and would like to get rid of that oil drum for a exhaust in back, it must way 100lbs! Not going for a expensive full exhaust, but either just deleting it and running pipe...

E53 vs. E70
Well bought a 2007 4.8i with every option I think and thought I was going to fall in love but BMW missed the mark of fun to drive! The 4.8i although on paper has more HP and a touch quicker, isn't....
