2003 4.4L vs. 2001 3.0L

Good morning! I currently own E53 2001 3.0L X5 with the manual shift. The body starts rusting through and I have some other issues with it. But the engine is very strong (only 80K miles on it)....

Do you think it is possible to russify standard (MK3?) module on 2001 X5 3.0? You mentioned it was done on your X5, but using MK4 with Cyrillic support... Just curious - if possible would go for that...
