Dropped it off at the dealership to have the front windows checked out. The passenger side got 'stuck' in the down position, and seemed to be askew in the track and was making its way back up (ugh)....

I've been to the 3M website and it just made me more confused. Restoration vs. Renewal? with or without protectant....

check the wiring harness and contacts. i was getting the same issues with my brake lights ... bulbs were good, contacts good, it ended up being the wiring harness not being snug enough in the clip.
