I disassembled it from the Inner Tripod side, so no need for the CV tool...

I did the autopsy on the factory washer pump that leaks through weep hole.

It was obvious that the round seal (around the shaft) is loose (freely spinning once it is out).
The fluid leaks upwards...

PS: If you suspect door actuator, then serach for a used unit on ebay or local...
