If any one ends up searching for this info, I ended up drilling out the melted plastic and using self tapping screws, it worked great ! Hope this helps someone else

Get a cheap test light one lead to one side on 2...

Get a cheap test light one lead to one side on 2 pin connector other lead to other side. Get in car and activate washer, if the light glows your pump is no good :)
