Thanks trader4, that might be my issue. I struggled making connection with the jumper wires when testing. Will try cleaning out connecter sockets to ensure a good contact.

Just used the jumpers to test the blower motor and it fired right up. Heading back to the dealer to return the FSR they sold me. Why in the world would they tell me the blower was bad!

I am a little shocked that my blower motor just stopped without sounding funny or acting erratically. Changing the cabin filter and poking the Blower with a stick might also be worth a try.:stickpoke

Okay. Sounds like I need to wait on the Bentley manual. The instructions in the links I have found appear to skip some steps that will only lead to more frustration.

The 22" style 168 may be bigger than I want but I did look at some photos and they look nice. Is your setup staggered or non-staggered?

Want to upgrade stock 17" wheels on 2005 3.0 to 20" style 168. Non-staggered preferred but staggered would be great also!
