Are there any alternatives to a $1000+ delete kit? Its just a straight pipe, isn't it?

I see that it indicates front and rear diffs using the same fluid part 83 22 2 295 532...guess will go with that. But how much fill quantity? It says 1.5L for each diff, is that accurate?

You are describing gasser, not a diesel. A US-spec E70 35d's were made from 2009 to 2013 and cover pre-LCI and LCI bodies. All model years had the same 6-speed ZF tranny.
