I experienced the same problem when I burnt it on a piece of CD-R media that was very old. I re burnt another copy on a fresh blank CD-R media from a different manufacturer and it worked perfectly....

Check your cables - I disconnected my Nav CD reader and got a similar menu. When I reconnected the Nav CD reader, everything was back to normal.
