Came back to say it's fixed. As far as ignoring CE's, gone from 330k to 385k with my Corolla, had electrical tape over the CE when I bought it. CE light is still on (bad o2 sensor and now bad egr)....

About 5k miles ago my 02 4.6is had a CE light come on. It was showing code p0307. It ran and drove fine. Though if I pinned it from a deadstop it did feel a little weird. It almost felt faster...
