I just repaired the DISA Valve last month in one...

I just repaired the DISA Valve last month in one of the steps to narrow down the culprit of the so called whining noise. I did that myself and made sure by testing the flap opens and closes properly...

I too had this problem. I have an '04 at 171,783 miles and I replaced the engine mounts on mine last year and the problem was solved.

I've looked at the DIY on the How To's Page but that pic seems like for older models.
