Help! Engine Malfunction!

Got in my '13 e70 35ix 3.0 N55 and out of nowhere I get a "engine malfunction reduced power" warning and she starts misfiring! Lucky I wasn't too far from home... 88k well maintained ride. Oil change...

My passenger side sunvisor nosedives occasionally and does not "pop" back in to the socket in the roof. Is there a hack for this?

Replaced the tank. Bottom hose clamp was a BIT** to get off. Had to partially remove wheel well and go in through the bottom to be able to better "get at it."
Float stopped working.
