help! what did i do wrong???

so i attempted to update my mk4 nav OS to v.27. I downloaded the software, unzipped it with tugzip, burnt it with alcohol at low speed (4X). i went to my car, turned the key to the first position,...

i tried upgrading my software as well. i inserted...

i tried upgrading my software as well. i inserted the cd and it said something like upgrading blah blah blah, then it went blank.. the cd wont even come out now.. when i turn the engine back on it...
