If you can relocate the factory amp (non-dsp right?) you can fit the sub amp in that space. This is what I did with mine. I have the amp controls facing upwards so the gain, bass eq, and lp filter...

You may also want to consider the DLS Classic...
You may also want to consider the DLS Classic CA51 for your amp. It's a 4 x 50W + 1 x 170W with built-in filters all in one unit. The only concern is whether 170W is enough for you to drive your sub....
