Replaced the timing chain tensioner as suggested by Timm's BMW Repairs and Information. See Video:

Thank you X5chemist. I replaced the water temperature sensor (head sensor) as you suggested, and that took care of the MAP Cooling code.

I did a little more digging on the other two codes:

I ordered a new water temperature sensor (head sensor). I also ordered two camshaft position sensors. These are easy to do. I agree with you that it is probably not the lower radiator temperature...

Wow! I certainly hope not. That was a horrible job. Those guides should not be gone after 50K miles. It might have been even less than that.
