There are a few options. J Puma wrote the virgin nav retrofit on the homepage and didn't have on board computer but he managed to do the retrofit. Or you can do a cluster upgrade and get the board...

Well having the oem navigation adds roughly $1000 to the car's value. If the install goes fine then there is hardly a difference between factory and "after the fact."
