Mine are the same way. Just 13 year dry rot. I have the factory window shades so mine will be a chore to do. Need to do it. The seals are about $20 each but you have to dismantle the door completely...

"fine" as in normal is basically a 3 position dummy dial. its either cold normal or hot. Hes referring to re-programming it so the hot and cold portions are more accurate. I want to do this also....

Yeah I did the ball joints and bushings about 6 months ago. The steering wheel was only off about 5 degrees so it was tolerable.

Got an alignment finally since I already did front drive axles and bushings and bearings. Front was toed out a bit but the rear was all kind of wonky. All back to spec now though and steering wheel...
