Managed to get it sorted.... ended up removing...
Managed to get it sorted.... ended up removing the glove box & was able to move the fan into the correct position. See picture of how far out of alignment I was.. I don't think it would have mattered...

Thanks for the replies... I've tried and tried again today and am unable to get the top screw in closest to the glovebox.. Consequently when I put the fan on max it vibrates the entire car! I think...

Blower Unit re-fitting

So it appears that my car has started to sag...
So it appears that my car has started to sag again on the left hand side despite having swapped both airbags.
Parked on drive & I measured the distance from bottom of wheel to wheel arch trim...
