Just did some research at Circle BMW Parts and it...

Just did some research at Circle BMW Parts and it shows both parts. #82110149389 is for E46 2003 and newer. And #8211014390 is for E53 2003 and newer. Problem solved!

If you have DSP, you'll see the DSP control on the right hand side of the controls below the cd eject button and above the tel/phone button.
