Problem resolved.

Terminal replaced with one from a wreck.

Thanks. I just took a good look at the terminal...

I just took a good look at the terminal and noticed some corrosion on the nut holding the cable going to the starter.
Ordered a new terminal/box/cover and nuts.
Will swap it out.
