I think you need to get ISTA+ to troubleshoot or concede defeat and take it in for service.

You have new EGR coolers, one of which needed to be changed (broken spring), so that is good.

Advice

When you take the intake off make sure to cover the intake tracks so nothing falls in there. That would be a bad day.

Also use a torque wrench for everything. If replacing vacuum lines be careful...
