Engine Drain bolt?

Isn't there an engine Drain bolt for antifreeze on the engine itself m54? Or is it better to simply drain the radiator? I've got a slight crack in the plastic connection to the hose.

Had to revisit the above job. It took a beating over the last 8mos(being the driver seat) so I reworked the area for uniformity and strength using left over scrap leather...maybe this will hold...
