oil change

I did the oil change in my garage today. I let it drain for an hour. And than it took me 9 qt to fill to the max. I have 01 x5 6-cyl. How is it possible?

Hi Everybody. I Have A Problem With Driver Side Window. If I Put It All Way Down It Gets Stuck. Looks Like The Window Kinda Falls In The Door In Down Position. Window Regulator? Thank You For Help.

1)The battery in my x5 does not have a vent, is it a big deal?
2) I checked the front diff oil and it is red, color like ATF. Wrong fluid in the diff?

I bought my car from a dealer. When they send my papers to motor vehicle somebody f...d up over there and charged too much tax. Now dealer holds my title until motor vehicle agency gives them money...

I'm sure noise coming from engine, it could be many things. It only happens when its cold outside. Seems not a lot of people have this problem.
