All POI's are the same. When you select or search a fuel station, the while category "fuel stations" will be selected and all fuel stations will be shown as as icon on the map.

The iDrive system is a completely different system from the MKxxx - in simple words, the MKIV/MKIII is based on the old Phillips CD-Interactive platform, whilst the iDrive is kind of based on Windows...
