2010 X5 E70 with N52 engine. Fuel Pump relay does not get ground signal to activate.

2010 X5 3.0si E70 with N52 engine. Production date 11/2009. Last 7 digits of VIN is L279494. No EKPS fuel pump module because it is not a direct fuel injection. DME controls fuel relay directly....

Faded memory I have but I think I had the same problem. I think the fuel rail pressure sensor is the same as the oil level sensor and u might have connected the oil level sensor plug to the rail...

Sent the crankshaft to do a weld and grind on rod...

Sent the crankshaft to do a weld and grind on rod #2 and they found out it is cracked on rod #3. Now I have to find a replacement crankshaft at top $.... sigh.
