Replacement identification pieces, vaccum line, firewall plastic. pics

I Noticed these 2 items going thru my truck. The plastic piece that the positive battery terminal attaches to is broken and this vaccum line in the front of the engine. I cant find them on Realoem to...

Saying hello to everyone. Just picked up a 2006 X5 4.4i yesterday. Needs a little TLC, and a REALLY good cleaning. The owner had a really really bad oil leak and she was quoted 2500 to replace seals....
