If its equally low on both sides then it can be the module, if not then it sounds like its the bags themselves.

The module is located in the rear under the spare tire area.

coming from someone with an 01 that has tried those ebay headlights and the depo ones. Trust me save up and get the depo headlights from EuropeanAutoSource.com . I had the ebay ones for half a year...

Its a timing setting withing the Radio Display (MID). Play around somewhere with the settings with the Radio Display (MID) and you will see something with alarm or timing or something in the setting...
