Are you using a 'backup' map DVD or an original? Even if a 'backup' works they can be very unreliable unless burnt slowly with good quality media. ...

If you've not had any problems with the Nav rebooting or crashing there are very few advantages in running V29.1 over V27.1.

V29.1 has a slightly better routing algorithm and in ful screen mode...
