Yeah it would be nice to do the whole package, but the tools are frickin expensive, and i dont think i have no more use for them afterwards

You got lucky there. How many miles or km did you have on your x when you did the chain? Did you do the whole package with vanos and upper chains to? It would give peace of mind to do the chains....

It was the estorille blue i fell in love with =) i have previously owned a chevy tahoe the x5 is way more fun to drive and look at, but i sometimes i miss the sweet comfort from the chevy =)

ok thats about the same price as in sweden. I have found local electric shops that fix the ribboncable for 1500-2500 sek (1dollar=8.5sek) =)
