Hey guys (and gals),
The site is running fine on the back end of things. I ran a tracert and things are getting held up somewhere in NYC (64.71.157.61). At that point the times are jumping into the 1000ms range. |

Some numbnuts cut a major fiber between st louis and chicago. it is the main route to california, where our server is based. people, please be patient and realize that the SITE IS NOT SLOW. THE SERVER RUNS MUCH FASTER THAN ANYTHING. Please be aware that the CONNECTION TO THE SERVER IS WHAT CAUSES SPEED LOSSES. Please be patient while the problem is fixed. I imagine this will make the major newscasts tonight. |
