With apologies to J.Swift's brilliant "A Modest Propsal"...

Maybe we need a sub-section in the BMW Stuff for Sale Forum:

A forum for used BMW oem wheel and wheel/tire sets. It could quickly
expand to completely absorb all the current wheel stuff in the "BMW for sale" section,
as none of us can sell our fookin wheel sets, anyhow! :confused:

It could be a dumping ground for all the wheel sets currently listed and we could seel out unused warehouse space in strategic areas of the US and store them all there. This would get the no-longer-needed wheel sets out of our
respective garages and basements, and provide a place for X5 World people to stop by, sort through them and, take home wheel sets for free!:thumbup:

No longer would any of us offer good, used oem wheels and wheel/tire combos and be forced to endure patient waits hoping for someone to respond. Nor, we would have to submit to pennies on the dollar "offers" in terms of what they are worth.

Just think: 8 or 10 BMW oem wheel/wheel & tire set warehouses scattered around the country and when someone wanted dirt cheap wheel sets all they would have to do is drop by, and pick up a set; Fookin Free!
