spam reporting
 

I found two spam responses from today attached to this thread:

I reported the first and when I tried to report the second it said I had to wait 60 seconds between reports. Can this setting be adjusted?

Another idea:

Is there a setting to disallow URLs in posts until you have <n> posts or have been a member for <m> days?

Thanks for the heads up on the spam... I'll take care of it. You can report spam posts easier with the little triangle/exclamation icon in the upper right corner of each post and it will notify all admins & mods.

The posting incrememnt... (edited) I just checked and it seems to be set correctly for a half a minute. Let me know if you have trouble with it going forward and I'll look into it.

Yes, there are ways to disallow posting URLs based on # of days since registering. We have discussed it before and this seems like a good time to revisit it again now that we are on the new board. If any changes are made we will post a note.
