Wheels offset

Hey guys im looking at getting new rims for my 2005 X5. It has sport package as well. I was wondering if these wheels would fit. The offset doesn't match I think becuase the normal X5 offset is 40(?) and this one is 45. Would they still work or do I need to get different ones?

Widest wheel we can get is 19x8.5, ET40. Looks to me like they would need a spacer to make them work, but that's a guess......

my current wheels are OEM wheels which are 19x9.5 and they have offset of 40 i think. So you you think they wouldn't work without spacers or are you saying that the widest wheel that will be able to put on is 19x8.5?? I'm confused.
