Wheel Torque Specs f/E53 17" Wheel
 

Hey guys - doing a brake job and I've looked at the 3 DIYs on this site but the wheel torque specs vary and I'm guessing it's because of the sizes of the wheels. My X5 is the 3.0 w/17" wheels.

Does anyone know what the wheels should be torqued to?

I saw that spec in the one DIY but it just struck me as really high. The guy who was doing the DIY had 20" wheels on there so I assumed the 101 was for that size. My E39 5 series w/16" wheels went to 85 ft lbs.

You are welcome...
that 101 ft lb setting is for all the oem E53 X wheels,
regardless of size, to the best of my knowledge.
