How big of a tire can i go on my staggered setup

Well people I got an incredible deal on some Breyton 21" spirit rims so I had to pick them up for my 2004 X5 4.4L premium package.

They are a staggered setup 21x10.5 in the rear and a 21x9 or 9.5 in the front don’t remember right now.

I have a couple questions.

1. What is the biggest size tire I can squeeze in the back and front with my setup

2. Is there a good inexpensive tire 9summer only) anyone can recommend where I wouldn’t have to sell a kidney to buy??

Max.... you can go .... 285/35 front and 325/30 rear.
