Hi, check out Wheel Tech Tuning (google it). I've had mine for a few months and they're great. Got mine with Toyo Proxes though.
You'll have to talk to them since they don't list them on their site.

It's got to be lower than 2000 total (wheels/tires shipped with runflats plus mounting/balancing costs
