New shocks, springs, swaybar, and brakes?

We have a 04 X5 3.0i with Sport Package and it's got about 85K miles on it, so I was thinking about getting some new parts. Have been keeping the car stock for TOO long(lol) and I'm totally new to the whole modification thing, so if you see any fitment/compatibility problem or have any suggestion, PLEASE tell me :D

EDIT: Have a quick question about air suspensions, does every X5 come with air suspensions or only those with adjustable leveling does?

For suspension I'm planning on getting:

Bilstein HD shocks
Eibach Pro-Plus kit with Pro-Kit springs and anti-roll sway bar
(May also get a new set of Febi control arms because I have the squicking sound problem...:()

For brakes, are Brembo Slotted rotors any good? And Hawk HPS Street pads? I don't mind a little extra dusts as long as it's not too loud and provides good stopping power.
