22'' Breytons...where?

I've seen 23'' Breytons on an E70, so I know they're out there somewhere. But I can't seem to find them online. Help please

one of my friend's shop here in Indonesia.

Actually he got the brilliant silver in stock, so i bought them and paint it in matt black.

For the tires its the pirelli scorpion zero asymmetrico, he ordered it from the US.
