I love to hear 2 vendors compete. Aint capitalism great...I gotta believe you are getting your AEs from the same place. You guys pretty much offer the same service. Now..I want the best price on who can install them. I have already purchased the AEs from jlevi, but would pay who ever can install them without me having much down time.

pepatrick, did you get our exclusive full instruction guide that shows you how to bake open your headlights and wire the DDEs?

I have the instructions. My X5 was made 09/02 and I am not sure if I will be able to crack the headlights.

Please email us and I will look into it.

done.

As stated b4, '03 headlights can not be opened.
I emailed BMWERKEN in response to him saying,

"If you can live without your headlights for a week
or so, you can send them in and have them installed
for a reasonable extra charge."

The response I received was -

"I talked to our installer and he says that the 03's are
impossible to crack. The best way to get angel eyes
on your car is purchase 02 xenons off ebay and sell
your 03's to recouperate that cost."

Nothing new there, I was referring to pre-03 headlights. If you are REALLY scared about installing we could arrange for shipment but it is more hassle than its worth IMO. Our products are designed with the DIY type in mind, as a result they are plug and play and very doable with a basic set of tools.

i understand that it's nothing new, but when u suggested living w/o headlights for a week and sending them in; one could think that u were talking about '03 headlights. i mean, the title of this thread is - "Angel Eyes (AEs) in '03 X5s -- Can it be done?"

it's all good. i just wanted to make sure that others didn't get the same impression that i did about ur comment.
