///M back

OK, so I bit the bullet and traded in my 2016 X6 50i for the X6 ///M. Picking it up Monday as I have to put the summer wheels back on. Question - Will my current winter set up - Style 623M 19" wheels fit the M?

Any info would be appreciated. I thought I saw something somewhere but now I can't find it. Thanks in advance!

Merry Christmas

Awesome switch! Congrats!

Yes they should fit like a Glove! Same bolt pattern, similar suspension between the two.

I had the 2008 X6 5.0i and now have a 2010 X5M. Similar but different.

Thanks, we shall see shortly. I know I'm good with the bolt pattern and the bore, I'm concerned about whether they will fit over those huge calipers. I think the M indication on the wheels mean they will. Once I get past stressing over if my snows will fit I can get excited.

Bore size should be the same at 74.1. The problem is that 19" wheels won't fit.

I've never seen someone with 19" inch on the X5M-X6M 2015-2016. I was at the M Power Tour in Vegas and I asked Walter Haupt that question. He said no, it won't fit because of the new six-piston calipers vs 4 before.

Thanks Gan.

Of course we're supposed to have a wintry mix this evening....I ordered the 19s for the 50i, in hindsight I should have taken into consideration whether they would fit the M. I was already pondering getting out of the 50i and back into the M. I'm going to give it a shot and see if they'll fit. If not I guess I'll be driving on eggshells until I can get another set of rims.

Thanks again.

Wait, so are you getting your old car back, or new body style X6M?

Chris

I traded in the '16 50i for a '16 ///M :D It cost me few but I'm very happy I did it.

I traded my x5d for the x6m, never look back! I doubt the 19 will fit, did you see the size of that rotor/caliper?!? (Grin....)

I will. I need to get her cleaned up. Going in next week to get the blacked out kidney grills and side gills installed.

How do you spell relief?
W. I. N. T. E. R. T. I. R. E. S.

Put them on yesterday. I feel so relieved. Wasn't happy running summers in this cold weather and holding my breath hoping it didn't snow.

The rears look a little "tucked in" as I put front wheels on the rear. That was my only quick fix. From what I understand, BMW doesn't have enough of their recommended winter set up and hasn't been able to fill all the orders. Pretty shitty if you ask me. Anyway, I'm glad I went this route. I'd be flipping if I ordered the set up, waited and was then told sorry...
