I wouldn't go that far. The E53 was not designed for run-flats and you will probably end up experiencing a much harsher ride at the very least.

... :confused: ...the 4.6is stock tires (Michelin Diamaris) are run flats.

Correction...you're right. not the Diamaris. Dunlop Sports and Bridgestone Dueler Sports are...My bad.

Agree w/ bsprtsgrp, they (Diamaris) are not run-flats. The only OE run flats for the E53 were for the security vehicle which also had a different suspension setup to account for the heavier load, etc. They were 18" Goodyear Eagle RS-A * EMT (RSC) on special style 153 rims.
