Production Timing Question

Seeing as BMW leaves your poor cousins to the North with no way to track our cars being built, can you guys help out? I confirmed my car is "in production" as of yesterday...I think it takes about 5 - 7 days to complete that and get shipped...does that sound right?

My X6 went into production status on the website on Monday. I called the 800 number yesterday and they said production will be complete 10/6. I have an 8 day spread.
