Track tested: 2010 RRSS vs. 2010 X5 M
|
Yeh just saw that today. I had no doubt it would beat RR sport but 2010 RR sport is a huge improvement and not more expensive than the old really.
|
I told myself I just bought new 4.8 so I should be happy with it for now. But the more I keep reading these reviews, the more I want the X5M! :(

....not :p: |
I am trying best to restrict myself till 2011 X5 facelift(to be shown Jan 2010) and let the first year bugs out. Also vendors will be offering more mods, wheels etc by summer next year.

IMO: i see the 2010 model as a *soon to be rare edition of the x5m* since it will be the the a prefacelifted with org celis tech! since we are updating the production soon and not that many are out on the roads. |

If going by BMW in the past, they might not update the M version and keep it as is. When the E46 was updated they left the M3's untouched except for adding in LED tail lights and a longer trunk handle. Also looking at the spy pics it doesn't look like the car changes all that much which makes me think the M will not be touched. The major changes will be a new front bumper skin option and new engine options and maybe a slightly changed rear end. |

I am not happy with current color offerings. They usually offer more colors and sometimes individual colors after first year. |
