4.8------>M, Finally!
 

Hey All,

Just picked her up this evening, after many sleepless nights. Got a fantastic deal I couldn't pass up!

Carbon black is just awesome in person, different shades of black and midnight blue at different angles. Overall, a completely different car than the 4.8 :thumbup: I was gentle driving home as my snow tires won't be here until this weekend, can't wait for the weather to warm up! Springtime mods hopefully Eisenmann exhaust, HRE p40, and 1.5" drop.

If you guys have any opinions about what you'd like to see in the Eisenmann exhaust (ie tip size and size, loudness), let me know as I can pass along to the guys that are helping develop it in the next couple months. My wish is 90mm tips!

What size are the stock tips? I've had the eisenman race on my 4.6is and have absolutely loved it. I would also be interested if they make one for the X5M. I'm curious to see how deep they can get the exhaust to sound.

Just finished my am commute and I can't get this grim off my face LOL

I think the stock tips are less than 70mm, so pretty small overall. For Comparison, the stock GT-R exhaust has 110mm tips, with aftermarket up to 130mm. Anyways, I think around 90 would be great, loud too was also what I requested.

(tip - use your cruise control a lot)
