Those with aftermarket exhausts - Error code?

I had magnaflows custom installed last week and now the CEL came on with P013c code (Air flow Metering). Anyone had this code before? Any ideas? Thanks

Maybe the 02 sensor is leaking or unhooked?

I have the new RPI exhaust and I don't have any error codes.
