How long does it apprx take from the time you order your car, to when it comes to the dealer(West coast, cali)

It depends on the allocation availability. Once car goes into production it take about a week to complete. Probably another a couple of weeks to your dealer. Mine took about a month for the whole process, east coast.

You can add at least 1 more week for west coast.
