22 inch Rims - square or staggered
 

I have a question for the collective brain trust......

I have an M Sport and am looking to upgrade to 22 inch VMR710 wheels.

I have two options (as per the person sending me the email - see below)

(1) Front - 22x9
Rear - 22x10.5

(2) 22x10.5 all around

We recommend the (2) option, non-staggered because frankly the 9 inch wide front wheel is a little bit on the skinny side for that vehicle.

So my question to everyone here is - is it worth preserving the staggered setup ? Pros ? Cons?

How about square? Anyone done this? At least I can rotate tires but I don't know what the pros and cons might be?

If you must get wheels in this size , 10.5 all around will be fine , you can still run staggered tire set up and at spacer out back.
