N55 6hp21 auto Transmission gears 1-3 work 4-6 don’t
 

So my transmission has been having issues and eventually led to my gears 4-6 being completely unusable, gears 1-3 work perfectly fine with no slippage even under hard acceleration, but gears 4-6 will not engage and slip badly leading to a code and limp mode, if I keep the car in manual mode I’m able to get around short distances with the first 3 gears but no highway driving or long trips due to high rpm

Could this be a clutch pack issue? Or a solenoid issue? I don’t understand how the first 3 gears work perfectly fine but the moment I got to shift to 4th the transmission slips and throws me into limp mode

please help this is my daily driver!!
