X3 fault code 44c6 explanation and help please
 

as the title says guys, 2015 X3 3.0D showing a fult code in inpa
the screen reads 44c6 Nullmengenadaption injector zylinder 3
this basically translates to Zero-quantity adaptation, injector, cylinder 3

anyone shed some light as to what the problem is
